Latest News: The latest Cookstown Cougars training took place on Friday 20th June at Mid Ulster Sports Arena. Special guest at this event was current Ulster and Ireland player Andrew Trimble. Andrew passed on his rugby tips to all in attendance and was supported by members of Cookstown RFC and the Ulster Branch. These events are a great way of introducing youth players to rugby and will lead to the formation of two youth teams for Cookstown this season. Please come along and bring your friends if you want to try out rugby.
